The design and production of this boat is the culmination of over a decade’s worth of experience in research and development in both the marine and automotive sectors.
With this experience on hand, Fluid Composites are able to provide a variety of consultancy services, from initial component design to high volume production. This can be in the form of design for manufacture reviews, CFD analysis and structural calculations through to production handover and ERP systems. Previous experience ranges from AS9100 certified aerospace work, to ISO9000 certified supercar and Formula 1 components.

For all of the above, assistance can be provided in DFM review through to production readiness. This includes Work instructions, Standard Operation Procedures, Quality Inspection checklists etc. to ISO9001.
